Coban Salatasi. Fresh tomatoes, Kirby cucumbers, onions, parsley, black olives and dressing.
Fresh lettuce, shredded carrots, red cabbage, topped with feta cheese, cucumbers, and tomatoes with olive oil and lemon juice dressing.
Acili Ezme. Mashed fresh tomatoes, onion, parsley, walnuts and light hot spice mixed together.

Patlican Soslu. Small cubes of sauteed eggplant and green peppers in fresh tomato and garlic sauce.
Pureed smoked eggplant flavored with tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic.
Kalamar Tava. Tender pieces of calamari., breaded and deep-fried, then tossed with seasonings and herbs.
Mucver. Mixture of zucchini,f eta cheese, dill, flour, egg, seasoned with spiced, deep-fried and served with garlic yogurt sauce.
